崔耀明,联系电话13552317961邮箱cymnongkeyuan@163.com,出生于19891月,2019年入职河南工业大学,硕士研究生导师,河南工业大学青年骨干教师、河南省科技特派员。致力于益生菌包被技术及动物肠道发育、肠道健康调控研究,招生专业动物营养与饲料科学、食品加工与安全、生物学等。以第1作者身份发表SCI文章11篇,其中top期刊9篇,副主编省部级教材1部,获得河南省研发性实践教学优秀成果奖,担任河南饲料工业协会理事。擅长分子生物学、细胞生物学、试验设计、统计分析、R语言等试验技术及数据分析技术,为人谦和,爱岗敬业,在对待学生上坚持以德育人,在管理上宽严适度,勤奋钻研、扎实工作,真心且平等地对待每一名学生,乐于为学生的健康成长以及知识、能力、技能的积累不懈努力!目前在研科研方向主要有以下几个:

①肠上皮干细胞的分离培养及生理功能与特性分析;

②肠道3D类器官构建及其功能特性分析;

③不同类型能源底物对胚胎期及幼龄动物肠道发育的调控作用;

④动物肠道炎症/应激损伤的修复关键技术研究;

⑤益生菌纳米包被技术及益生菌提质增效关键技术研究。

1、主持国家自然基金青年项目32202697“丁酸通过ATP-β-catenin途径调控雏鸡小肠上皮细胞增殖与分化的分子机制

2、主持国家重点研发计划2021YFD1300300子课题热敏类替抗活性物质后喷涂再包被关键技术研究

3、主持河南省科技攻关项目纳米微晶纤维素提升饲用植物乳杆菌稳定性的包被关键技术研究”;

4、主持河南工业大学校基金“微胶囊包被罗伊氏乳杆菌在肉鸡肠道的定植机制研究”;

5、入选河南工业大学2023年度青年骨干教师培育计划;

6、参与河南工业大学自科创新基金“HSPI微胶囊包被乳酸肠球菌及其在肉鸡肠道定植机制的研究等研究项目;

7、被选为20222023年度河南省省级科技特派员。
