个人简介

2017年入职河南工业大学,围绕绞股蓝内生真菌Chaetomium globosumCGMCC 6882胞外多糖的发酵生产及生物活性展开研究,先后在International Journal of Biological Macromolecules、LWT-Food Science and Technology、Industrial Crops & Products、Carbohydrate Polymers、Foods、Biomolecules、食品与发酵工业、河南工业大学学报(自然科学版)等期刊上发表论文30余篇。

目前在研河南省青年科学基金一项,横向项目一项,校青年骨干教师计划一项。担任Journal of Functional Foods、Carbohydrate Polymers、Food Chemistry、Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry、International Journal of Biological Macromolecules、食品与发酵工业、轻工学报等多个期刊审稿人。
