主持国家自然科学基金项目“利用T7噬菌体g10-L序列增强外源蛋白在杜氏盐藻叶绿体中的表达(No. 31000580)”,河南省教育厅高等学校重点科研项目(17A180019)和河南工业大学高层次人才项目。
曾参与科技部国际科技合作项目“转基因盐藻生物反应器及提高表达的机理研究”(No.2007DFA01240),国家自然科学基金项目“通过对杜氏盐藻鞭毛相关基因探讨纤毛在食管癌发生中的作用”(No.30700014)和“杜氏盐藻高盐适应蛋白分离、相关基因的克隆及其功能研究”(No.30540067)。
